CHRIOLOGY It is the finest body relaxation with refined comfort and good physical balance. |
CHRIOLOGY=CHRIO+TECHNOLOGY
As
stress is often said to cause 70% of illness, it brings discomfort in
the body most of the time. Body function gets lowered under continuous
stress, and the body performance ends up descending.
We, Creative
System Engineering Co., Ltd., focused our study on relaxation of the
body, researching the mechanism of how human body gains relaxation, and
we developed CHRIO product by means of a frequency (information energy)
processing technology.
|
CHRIO helps the body to change into better, well-balanced condition as
it inherently should be. When we speak of “balance”, we usually think
about the sense of equilibrium. In contrast, CHRIO defines “balance” as
the whole body sensations (five senses and sixth sense, including
intuition) in addition to equilibrium. We hope people will enhance the
body performance to the ultimate level in any field, by experiencing and
sensing well-balanced body condition which is new to them.
CHRIO is
acknowledged as the best brand for total health care, acquiring good
reputation by people including top athletes and artists.

Actual Proof by Korean National Weightlifting Team |
To
relax the body means to put the body in the condition where the
function of muscles and organs can be fully utilized. In this condition,
you will have more flexibility, instantaneous power and resilience,
which results in better record in sports.
In 2003, Korean National
Weightlifting Team started to introduce CHRIO in the team. With
improvement of resilience and body function brought by relaxation effect
by CHRIO. weightlifters successfully increased amount of practice,
achieved new record, established world record and won medals in the
Olympics. They wonderfully proved relaxation effet by CHRIO.
Now let
us introduce a story by Mr. Yeom Dong Chul, former head coach of Korean
National Weightlifting Team, who built this team up into one of world’s
strongest teams. |
1989 Gold medalist in Asian Championships
1990 Gold medalist in Asian Game
1991 Gold medalist in Asian Game / Gold medalist in Asian Championship
1992 Participated in Barcelona Olympics
2000 Physical trainer in a professional basketball team
2003 Coach of Korean National Weightlifting Team (men)
2005 Head coach of Korean National Weightlifting Team (women)
2006 Brought Jan Mi Ran to the world record holder in +75kg class in World Championship

I
thought firstly that Korean Weightlifting Team, having won no medals
for many years, would need a revolutionary method of training to boost
it to the world level.
I started working from mental side. I made it a
rule to use positive words in conversation in order to wipe out
negative feeling and mood that had rooted in the team during continuous
losses for years.
Then I changed overall training program. The ratio
of muscle workout and technical training was 7:3 in conventional
program, but I reversed the ratio putting much importance on technical
training.
While doing all these, I cut off anything redundant and
unnecessary in training and started to take full measures for better
resilience, which is the key to be strong, utilizing CHRIO product. |
Recovery from Muscle Fatigue |
Weightlifting is as hard as marathon in the meaning that it abuses
muscles a lot. Marathon runners continue training to win the medals by
running as long distance as many rounds around the earth.
Like marathon runners, weightlifters impose an incredible amount of training on themselves.
The
total amount of one day training of a weightlifter could do was
40,000KG – 45,000KG, which was the maximum amount for a man. Although
having done this maximum training, Korean weightlifters could not reach
the world level yet.
They needed to have harder training in order to
win the medals. However, any training exceeding the limit was too
dangerous to do. Unless they could recover from fatigue, they would
leave damage on muscle fibers. The most important issue in everyday
training was how to recover and how to relax the body. “If only they can
exercise their inherent resilience, they can continue hard amount of
training in their best condition. In the end, it will bring them to the
world level.” This is what we concerned most.
We started to introduce
CHRIO for the purpose of reducing accumulation of muscle fatigue. All
the team put trust on CHRIO and got reassured by using CHRIO, feeling
easiness in tomorrow’s another hard training even after today’s hard
training.

Training -> Recovery -> Training -> Recovery with CHRIO |
Improvement
in lifestyle or dietary habit is effective for enhancing resilience, of
course. In addition, we used CHRIO and succeeded in faster recovery
form fatigue and damage.
Weightlifters continued to use CHRIO and
they could go through the whole training menu effectively, not suffering
from fatigue left after previous training. Let me show you examples. In
the period of time before 2004 Athens Olympics, Korean weightlifting
team practiced the hardest training ever. In three days of a week, they
could train by lifting 90% of their maximum amount. It was an
extraordinary work to do, departing far from common weightlifting
knowledge. Before introducing CHRIO, weightlifters had practiced 10 sets
of lifting 70% of maximum amount. In contrast, after introducing CHRIO,
they could increase the practice to 25 sets. Consequently, the total
amount of one day training increased from 40,000KG up to 60,000KG –
65,000KG.
Jan Mi Ran, the silver medalist in women 75+ class
weightlifting in 2004 Athens Olympics, has increased her record by 68KG
since we meet. Her record started from just over 250KG, then continued
to rise even after Athens Olympics and went up to the world record,
318KG, in 2006. She also established 330KG, non-admitted record though.
She has achieved unbelievable results in these years. |
